Eucalyptus Eco Club

The goal of NGC is to provide opportunities for College students to redirect their consciousness and actions to create a more sustainable planet. Through novel educational approaches and experiences, students are taught to go into issues in-depth. The objectives of the programme are:-

  • To impart knowledge to college students, through hands-on experience, about their immediate environment, interactions within it and the problems therein.
  • To inculcate proper attitudes towards the environment and its conservation through community interactions.
  • To sensitize children to issues related to environment and development through field visits and demonstrations.

To motivate and stimulate young minds by involving them in action projects related to environmental conservation.

Activities (Session 2018-19)

08th November 2018

A Plantation derive is being organised by members of Eco Club in which 80 plant sapling were planted at Tillu village of Nadaun

22nd November 2018

Communal Harmony Campaign week 19-25 November was celebrated and on 22nd Nov. Flag day was celebrated.

26th November2018

Constitutional Day was celebrated

01 December 2018

AIDS Awareness day was celebrated.

04th December 2018

Poster making and Slogan writing Competition was organised with theme: Drug Abuse.

05th December 2018

A rally was organised to spread awareness among society about harmful effect of Drug- abuse.
